Is it ok to workout in the morning before eating breakfast?

ive been struggling with weight loss for years ive tried everything from dieting cutting on sweets and also getting a membership to the gym im 20 yrs young and about 214 lbs and i have work and school and trying to work a schedule to workout but if anyone can give me tips that would be great...

YES! Don't eat before you workout in the morning! It will upset your stomach and make you feel like throwing up. Plus after you work out your heart is beating faster and your body needs to replenish and refuel itself,so it takes the calories you eat after working out and burns more off then if you'd eat before working out.

My tips are to concentrate on calories the most,one day eat 1,000 calories,then another day eat 1,600,just keep your body guessing. And do 30 minutes of exercise at LEAST 5 times a week and you'll see results. (:
