weight loss question...one to two lbs a week?
so my weight currently varries from 127 to 132 and i just want to slide that range over by ten or 15 lbs. i am not overweight so its not crucial that i lose it, its more that i want to look like i did, prefferably by losing fat and gaining muscle. i hope to see some noticible improvement within 7 weeks. i only ahve access to a tredmille and usualy only use it once a week in addition to my weekly basketball games (usually an hour to an hour and a half long). i am just looking for a diet and excersize plan that is not that difficult to follow and stick to, which also leaves a little bit of room for "accidents" like missing a workout or slipping with the diet.

Eat special K first thing when you wake up.
Then go at around 12 noon joggin.
and if u live in california right now the temperature is hot, and will definitley help you loose and burn calories.
If you go joggin at that time you will for sure loose weight.
its easy for me because i live near the woods and grapevines.
so i go running 2 miles everyday in the scorching sun.
but i feel good, and it works because i get a tan.
My face feels hot and sweaty at the moment, but i picture myself going back to school and looking great.
try it tommorow.
hottest time of the day go jogging.
