Help! I've lost 80 Lbs but now my weight loss has completely halted. Any suggestions?
I exercise 3 times a week (Cardio) and consume a fairly heathy diet. I gave up fast food, candy bars, soda, and other junk foods which helped me lose the first 80 but now I'm stuck. I don't drink or smoke. My current weight has been going up and down weekly about 5Lbs for the past 3 months. Also, I actually feel hungry between meals. I'd still like to lose another 75Lbs. All serious answers welcomed.
I've heard that this happens and is usually the downfall of many a diet. While the weight loss has temporarily halted, it should continue if you continue your plan or maybe reduce the calories a little more. It may take a while, but don't give up or lose hope.
