Weight loss with the firm workout dvd?
I recently bought the firms "ultimate fat burning workput" and after trying out the workout a couple of times thoroughly enjoy it. I will peservere reagrdless as i know any exercise will do me good but i was wondering if the "guaranteed visible results in 10 workouts" holds true? has anybody had experience with this dvd? is it a good tool for wieght loss?
i have that one aswell yes i did notice results in 10 workouts but i got bored with it after a while i got total body toner aswell also got bored with it im now doing turbo jam which i love i did the ultimate fat burner again other week and remembered how much fun it is but i like to mix it up a bit so i dont get used to doing same stuff all time as your body knows what to expect if you do same workout all time so mix it up a bit and it saves boredom setting in aswell good luck with it
