My dress is tight and I need to lose 5 pounds by New Years 2010! Help me! How?
I have only about 8 days to lose 5 pounds by New Years eve, it is my first New Year with my fiance and LOTS of our friends are coming and my dress got tight
, how can i do it? I have no access to the gym at all!! I am ready for starvating myself but how can I do it? what to eat? do you have a good meal plan? I am 5'1 so I don't need much calories to begin with, I usually eat around 1500 calories/ day but thats I am eating kinda lots... or eating well...
Please help me even if its not so healthy weight loss rate or losing water weight, its a special day!!!!! I am 5 pounds away from my goal weight anyway!
