Steroids have made me gain weight (30 pounds) and I can;t exercise because of back problems. Safe weight loss?
I don't trust most weight loss pills and I cannot exercise because of severe back problems. I really need and want to start losing the steroid weight. I was on 70mg a day and eating like a horse all
day and waking up and eating in the middle of the night. I don't trust the hunger pills out there. Seems like everyday there are more warnings.
Stop with those drugs man. Better start exercising lightly and be on diet. We all know its hard but do your best. You can walk around the block just to let out some sweat and eat proper foods.
