Fish oil for weight loss?
I read in a magazine that 3000mg of fish oil daily boosts weight loss. But when I went to the local Walgreens, I found that there are different types of fish oil. Some were odor free, cholestoral free, sugar free and then some were not. What is the difference? Does one work better than the other?
