Weight loss advice. Please help!?
I'm 148 lbs. and 5'7". I'm trying to lose at least 13-15 lbs. I just cut out sweet tea and only drinking water. Except in the mornings I drink Tazo teas with breakfast. I'm also starting to do keep a food journal and try to not go above 1300 calories a day. And I'm cutting out red meats. Is this a good start?
The other problem is with exercising. What is the best way to lose fat and tone?
Also any other advice would help. Thanks!
Eat regular meal 3-4 times a day. Do not allow yourself to go hungry and do not overeat at each meal. Cutting off red meat is good but do eat chicken and fish for your protein. In order to lose weight faster, do not eat pizza, french fries, potato chips, cake and desserts or any other fried food. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating fruits that are too sweat. Keeping a journal of your food intake is a good idea.
Walking is the best form of exercise. Walk twice a day for 30 minutes each time till you are a little puffing if you can otherwise 45 minutes per day once.
