Why do a lot of woman think doing this will be the answer to their prayers?
Weight is a billion dollar industry and why do many weight loss programs farytale thier clients into thinking that if they lose all thier weight that will solve thier problem and answer all thier prayers? Do you feel in this culture there is a huge emphasis on weight and what can a person do myself included to feel more attractive and love the size I am? Do you also feel that the weight loss places but so much emphasis on the goal of losing weight rather than live in the now and enjoy the moment?
i was reading an editorial about this in class today....
it seems like no matter what, we are never good enough for anyone, to weak, to emmotional, not pretty enough, not skinny enough.
the media dosent really help. we, as women, learn from a young age that to be loved, we must look pretty.
just look at all the fairy tales, any fat princesses? look at barbie and ken. then there are the magazines...
women need to learn to come to peace with their bodys, no matter what is "in"
our bodies are just shells that hold what we really are, its a life lesson we all learn eventually.

3.Keep an eye on food servings. Watching out for the portion or serving size of the food you eat will help you develop a healthy eating routine.
