chewing gum weight loss?
hi just out of curiosity because ive been ready a lot of articles lately on the effects of chewing gum with weight loss because of the sorbitol it contains.
how much weight do you guys reckon an obese person cud lose in a months eating nothing but chewing about 40 peices of gum a day n drinking plenty of water.
and do you think a average weighted person would lose an equal amount of weight or less as theyve got less weight to lose?

First of all, that doesn't sound healthy at all. Your body needs nutrition, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and yes, even carbs and fats.
Secondly, sorbitol makes you fart a whole lot. Are you really sure you would want to smell that bad?

"magic bullet" for weight loss. Asking overweight patients about their use of weight-loss
supplements and understanding the evidence for the efficacy, safety, and quality of these
supplements are critical when counseling patients regarding weight loss.
