Can someone please give me a list of starchy foods?

My husband is currently on a VERY strict weight loss diet and it is ending this Friday. There is a 3 week stabilization period where he cannot have any starches. I want to be sure to follow the diet and help him, but cannot find a specific list, just mostly the affects of carbs etc.
Let me clarify, this is a diet that was prescribed by his Dr. so I'm not looking for advice or alternatives, I just need to make sure that I am feeding him the correct foods and not letting in any starchy foods. Thanks!
