After pregnancy weight loss?
I gave birth 2 weeks ago. Before pregnancy I weighted 130lbs (5.2 ft tall) and right before delivery I was 185lbs. Today, two weeks after delivery I weight 154lbs. Is this considered good, bad, or normal after pregnancy weight loss?

Team Fitness America announces fresh food delivery capabilities through their newly united affiliation with nutritional company, Diet To Go.
