I need some weight loss advice! How fast can 25 pounds come off?
I am 20 years old/5'2/170-175 pounds! This is not normal for me...I have always been a thin person! I have gained 60 pounds in the past 3 years! I guess it was just caused from change in lifestyles....i got married, graduated high school, moved around a lot...my husband is in the military right now, and I just sit at home all day long getting fat...lol! So, Im also joining the airforce,and I NEED to lose weight and get back in shape. I need to lose at least 25 pounds right now to even join, and I would like to lose more after that, but I figure I will lose a lot in bootcamp and technical training! Im just worried about the first 25 pounds because I really want to join soon! How long do you think it will take? And, what should I do.....its VERY hard for me to diet because I havent in a long time.....please give me some tips and what I can eat to keep me full! Exercising shouldnt be a problem once I get started, but Im horrible at dieting!! HELP!
Just go on a limited 1500 calorie diet, go on a jog in the morning, and look into finding some of those richard simmons dance tapes. Add some more cardio of some source and go nuts. 
You sound like you can do it. It shouldn't take more than 3-4 months if not less. If you cram in more exercise it's even better.
