Best exercise Equipment you can buy?

Hi there i was wondering what the best exercise equipment to help loss weight i want to loss a stone in total as soon as poss. My weight is left over from having my children and with olny being 25 im getting very self concuse about my weight now Im a size 12 at precent but want to get back down to a 10 I hold most of my weight in my tum. bum and upper legs i was thinking of investing in an exercise bike would this help to do think as i dont have time go the gym with having the children please help me feeling very sad because of this thanks xx

better if you aim for exercise which will reduce the areas you been talking about.

i got a exercise bike but hardly use it. you can go swimming every week with your kids, go jogging, do some chores, walk more often. then you probably lose weight more easily than forcing yourself to go exercise every time.

also to eat the right food.

Best Weight Loss Exercise - Do It In Different Way

Based on what you've known so far, what do you imagine about weight loss exercise? Hours and hours of long cardio session? Riding your elliptical machine while watching Oprah? Gym membership and a set of expensive fitness machines? Or maybe six days strength training per week while consuming supplements?

If you've ever done one (or all) of those things, I'm sure you'll agree with me that they will only offer very insignificant result, make you broke, and make you depressed even more. Usually, a common weight loss exercise program makes these mistakes:

  • Don't really care about nutrition guide or healthy eating.
  • Focus the training on the area that you hate the most. Example: sit ups to lose belly fat, chest training to lose man boobs, etc. That is completely wrong approach. Try to check the best exercise to lose belly fat and you'll be surprised that it is not including sit ups or crunches at all.
  • Using traditional low pace cardio that will takes hours to finish.

1. Squat

Squat is one of the top exercises to burn fat and building muscle, but most people only focus on repetition and neglects the intensity. Here's what most people usually do: a set of warm-ups, then followed by 3-5 sets with 8-10 reps each set.

Instead of the usual way, try this: first, reduce the weight that you use in half. Second, slow down your movement to about 5-10 second per repetition from the first one. Make sure you know the rule: concentrate to lift the weight slowly, pause for a moment when you've reached the top, then slowly lower the weight.

How many reps? No need to count this one; just do it until you can't complete another repetition at that speed despite your greatest effort. If you do it according to the instructions, you will huffing and puffing like you've just finished 100 yards wind sprint. Seems familiar? Yes, it is a sign that you've done not only strength training, but also cardiovascular exercise at the same time.

You may also notice that your thighs, butt, hips, and calves will feel very weak. The best thing is you will not spend too much time to attain this condition because 60 seconds is all that you need.

2. Dumbbell Curl Exercise for Biceps

Pick a dumbbell, then hold it at your side; after that, curl the dumbbell up to your shoulders slowly. This movement will train your positive strength level. When you reach the top of the movement, pause for a moment and contract your biceps to train your static strength level.

The last movement is lower your dumbbell slowly back to its starting position. This movement purpose is to enhance your negative strength level. The whole description above is the right way to do and get maximum result from a curl exercise.

Usually, most people only care about ‘lifting', neglect both negative and static strength, thus they will only gain only one third of the benefits form this exercise. Why? Static and negative portion can boost your strength level, and strength leads to muscle growth, which leads to faster metabolism.
