Help for quick weight loss? :) ?

I am losing weight for wrestling and i was wondering if i can download or find anything online that can give me tips and guide me through a quick wieght loss process? Free?(I have no credit card) Thank you

Ok imma wrestler also..
Sophmore Year, going the 189 weight class i had to drop form 240 in the end of August. I am going to tell you the answers some people dont want to hear.
1) Cut your food portions to a quarter of what they are, eat no sugars, and cut way back on the meat you eat(america eats 4x the average meat portion the rest of the world eats), and very importantly stay away from the tricky foods that many people think are healthy, anything that says it contains "Enriched wheat flour" for it is actualy bad for you, this includes white rice, most pasta, and bread that is non-whole grain.
2)Add an extra 2 "snacks" a day that consist of leafy greens(water weight easily burned) and fruits. Watch eating to many fruits for they are high in sugar believe it or not.
3)Ask your wrestling parter(s) to stay after and live wrestle you, there is no cardio/muscular workout like live wrestling.
4)Take a one day break Every week and even on that day Run 30minutes but not in a suit, in order for your body to recooperate.
5)On normal days not recooperation days, run in the morning before school it will kickstart your metabolism along with a nice bowl of oatmeal, or fruit.
6)Do weightlifting with nothing more than your body, using proper workout routines, of using your body as resistance you can create lean muscle which is better than bulky muscle, b/c lean muscle stores less fat on it.
7) Take Vitamin and Nutrient supplaments, for if you dieted like I did(unhealthily) then these help can keep you from major problems.
8) Lastly Drink water, lots of water, with enough water in your system you can help clean the walls of your intestines which on average has between 3-8lbs of food stuck to them. Also water can clear out your body of many unwanted things, im sorry but I do not know the spacifics.
9)Lastly (and this is where I will realy stir up contraversy), if you got 5 lbs to loose the night before there is always that plastic suit you can sleep in and Ex-lax(use ex-lax as a last resort method you can dehydrate yourself and start having blood in your waste... which is a bad sign)

So many people decide over the weekend to start their diet on Monday and when Monday comes they are "good" for the first few hours…until their resolve wanes and that slice of toast or piece of cake gets bigger and bigger in your mind and you just have to have it.  If you are familiar with this scenario then you know that something here is not quite right, something isn't working for you with this approach.  The question therefore is what different approach is there?

This is why that diet on Mondays lasts an ever shorter time.  Your internal pictures get bigger and more powerful.  This at the same time knocks your confidence in your ability to succeed.  The first time you dieted, you probably did quite well, and then experienced an ever lessening success as your confidence and commitment gets less and less. 

 

Thus you MUST access your subconscious mind in order to change habitual behavior in relation to food.
