Is weight loss supposed to be slow?
I am female, 5'9, 21 years old. I have been keeping a food diary and keeping my calories between 1200-1500 for 3 weeks now, plus moderate exercise at least twice a week. In three weeks I have lost only 5 or 6 pounds. I am at 130 now. Is this a good amount to lose or should I reduce my calories even more? or increase my exercise? I want to be at 120-125 ish by mid december.
