Motivational/Inspirational weight loss CD?
I want to buy a Motivational/Inspirational weight loss CD.
I find that every day I wake up in the morning and say "I'm going to stay on track today" and then I end up eating junk food, or skipping my exercise routine.
I'm 60lbs overweight and only 21 years old. Its unhealthy and I've got to find something that works.
I'm thinking that maybe if I listen to a motivational cd in my car (on the way to work, on the way home from work) It'll help me stay on track.
Any title suggestions? Where would I buy something like this?
Why don't you record it yourself? I mean, you know exactly what motivates you. Make a list of it, elaborate and put in vivid words for you to envision success then tape it.
You can join a weight loss forum to speak to people who's just like you, and form a buddy system to motivate each other.
