Does anyone want to be my PCOS weight loss buddy?
Hi, Im 21 years of age and I have PCOS. I'm insulin resistant and my symptoms are acne & hair loss.. I would love to lose 10 pounds this year. I've been on a diet for over a year but I cheat a lot which is why I haven't lost any weight..! Just wondering if there are any other women who are trying to cope with PCOS and finding it sooo difficult.. like me... We can keep each other motivated.. talk about diet and exercise and medication.. etc.. it will help keep us on track.

Weight Loss Buddy & Tips?
Okay, so I'm 5'1" and 116 pounds. I'm not GIGANTIC, but I want to lose at least 7 pounds for swimsuit season because I have a roll on top of my rib cage under my boob that causes me to look horrible in swim suits. I was wondering if anyone has any tips for me to lose weight and/or could be my weight loss buddy (i.e. - write you daily e-mails of what I ate, you do the same to me and then we log in our exercise -- no lying!)
