sagging breasts and weight loss?
so ive lost a total of 40lbs and still have 15lbs to go...ive noticed that my breasts have decreased a lot....and they r really startin to sag and i can c loose skin around some of it....grrrr....so when will my breasts stop shrinking and stuff so that the rest of my does? i have more fat in my damn legs, arms and stomach combined than i do in my breasts so what's the deal? why are my efforts to lose weight not really working? shouldnt my whole body be shrinking and not just my breasts? and are there any options, besides, surgery to fix the sagginess?
Where you lose fat from is mostly genetic. My sister and I both lost large amounts of weight. While we both lost fat in our breasts, she lost more than I did. I have that 'saggy' problem too and really there is no way to fix it other than surgery, or a really good bra. (Try getting a balconette. They make your chest look fantastic- lol!)
It is frustrating that your body doesn't lose fat from the places you want. I sympathize.
