You can loose weight by eating healthy and exercising.
Fruits-
bananas, oranges, apples & grapes (organic if possible),
pears, plums, blue berries etc.)
Vegetables-
carrots, green beans, broccoli, celery, corn (organic)
Grains-
Eat 100% whole grain or multi grain breads
Brown rice or quinoa is awesome!
Eat foods high in fiber like oatmeal and whole grains!
Fish like WILD (not farmed) salmon, tuna, sardines, and herring are great and can come in WATER packaged cans.
Eat nuts: almonds, walnuts, and pistachios in moderation are very healthy.
Drink: WATER!!, 100% jucies (orange) (calcium fortified), green tea, rice/almond milk (organic) and ABSOLUTELY NO POP OR COW'S MILK!
AVOID all processed foods with preservatives and additives, even those that say "sugar free" these contain aspartame DO NOT buy, they are very unhealthy and harmful to humans...
And just because an item says "low fat" does NOT mean that it is healthy, it could have loads of added sugar!
