I have hit a weight loss plateau, I need help breaking through it, any suggestions?
I am 14, 5'0, and weigh 128 lbs. I only have about 15 to 20 more to go and the scale just stopped moving, it is really frustrating and I need to know what to do I go to the gym 4 days a week and do barry's boot camp at home, I really want to lose this weight and am willing to work harder, I just need to know how to break through it, I am eating healthy, but I don't really have time to count calories and I just started drinking protein shakes, Please HELP!
