I need to find a pro bono Dr. for a person without insurance, who is diabetic, needs a liver transplant, etc.?

This doctor needs to be in or around Harnett or Cumberland County, North Carolina. At the very least someone to help him get medications. It was rejected by the disability. I am his cousin and he and his wife are just making good food. They have no income! They live in a house that I own. I tried to Health Dept., and a treatment program, but nobody wants to help chronically ill.
