tingling diabetes

I have a tingling in the feet when I wake up. Is this a sign of diabetes?

I checked the Web sites and found that diabetes can be one of the signs of diabetes. But I have no other symptoms listed. Do you think you may have diabetes or a symptom of something else? So is there a diagnosis of good sites, you can recommend?
