you just wrap ace wrap around your body. btw they dont work so well they just loose SOME of your water weight (if you even have any, you prob dont), so they dont do anything for fat. and its VERY temporary.

Body Wrap - A Sure Way To Wrap Up Your Cellulite Problems
When we say body wrap, a picture of being wrapped up in bandage or plastic is often the most popular idea that comes into people's minds. When it's about time to finish your body wrap treatment, you are often led to shower rooms to remove the body mask that was applied to you. Make sure that the entire body mask is off your skin to avoid possible skin irritations. After washing thoroughly, lotion is applied to seal in moisture and make skin look soft, smooth, and tight! This is one way great treatment for those unwanted cellulites that are really hard to remedy.
