I was meditating on scripture and I got a thought into my head that I should finish writing my book in 56 days and I am 23 years old.
Well yesterday, some spammer posted an answer to one question that I wrote regarding weight loss and he said "lose 23 pounds in 56 days!" I think this is a sign... That I can fulfill my destiny alignment IF I finish my book in 56 days... I also realized that 23 is exactly half of 56, and the numerological meaning for 2 is procreation.

Dieting and exercising for 8 months with minimal results, can anyone help?
I am considerably overweight... I am 25 years, 5’6”, 245 lbs. My BMI is 39. I have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week, for 30-45 minutes each day for almost 8 months now. I do mostly cardio (treadmill, elliptical, swimming) and some strength. I try to stay on a 1500 calorie a day diet, but I admit I have had bad days. I even had my doctor prescribe an appetite suppressant and carry a notebook to write down the foods/calories each day. I need to loose weight because diabetes runs in my family and because I find myself tired, out of breath easily, having to buy plus-sized clothes, and uncomfortable with myself around others. Overall, in 8 months I have only lost about 10 lbs. and that was at the beginning. I am wondering if this could be attributed to something I'm overlooking like my birth control or thyroid (which was test on the high side of normal a few years ago). I have considered weight loss surgery, but I don't want anything that drastic. Suggestions?
You may want to add more weight training to your routine. You'll burn calories as you exercise, and you'll also build muscle. The more lean muscle your body has, the faster it will be burn stored fat. Make sure to drink at least 8-10 8oz glasses of water daily. Also, try to spread your calorie intake between 5-6 small meals a day, instead of 3. If your body knows that there is more food coming soon, it won't hold on to what you just ate and will actually increase your metabolism.

I went to my doctor to test for Type 1 diabetes, because my brother, 30 years was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes two weeks ago (I'm 21). My doctor wrote on the role of diabetes "2" and the test is called "2 hours test oral glucose tolerance. I specifically asked him to send me a place to get tested for type 1 not type 2. Why did he do? Besides, I I'm not fat, I'm 165cm tall and weighs 57kg (5'4, 125 pounds). Thank you.
Okay, you have a lot of points here, I will try to help clarify things ... First, the "2 diabetes" means "test 2 an hour" not type 2 diabetes. (there is a test of 4 hours, rarely, and test shorter too), but the 2 hours test oral glucose tolerance (SOG) is the most common, used for all types. On the other hand, people that diabetes Type 1 often are obese, and if you understand it, one of the clearest symptom is the sudden unexplained weight loss. Type 1 is an autoimmune disease. Nobody knows exactly what causes it or how to prevent it. Obesity is only one factor to Type 2 can often be prevented through diet and exercise. Thirdly, yes, diabetes is genetic, and can be inherited, but can not "catch" it from his brother. So you have type 1 diabetes at this time, you to be exposed to a trigger at the same time, it was (of course, nobody knows what the trigger is.) So it's not impossible, but it is unlikely that you Curently diabetes. If you do not have the type 1 genes, as does his brother, saying there is nothing to be triggered at the same time or at all. And there is no way to know if you get in the future. If you have no symptoms of diabetes (thirst all the time, urinating all the time hungry all the time, many lose weight without reason), then I fear that a test of glucose tolerance actually said nothing. It could have a negative result and still diabetes could have in 2 years or 10 years before. Good luck. I took my glucose (diabetes gestational) sugar testing on Tuesday. I have not heard from my doctor about the results. With my last pregnancy (even medical) I had GD and was informed of the results the next day I took the test and they said it was high and steady myself for 3 hours. Its been 3 days now and no call from them. Does this mean i prob with it this pregnancy? I will call them Monday if they dont call today in the evening. but for now they wouldnt have called by now if my test was high?

You should have asked your doctor but this I know. 247 is high. 162 is also high, but not as bad. 112 and 114 are almost normal. Their level of blood sugar should not exceed 120. That means you have diabetes, I do not know, but you have 2 high readings.

I eat healthy and never had any sweets or drinks. just your body produce more insulin because of her pregnancy. yes exactly to do with you to-Say. If you eat healthy then do not worry about it, all I did was watched what I ate when I was pregnant (not a ton of ice cream and cookies lol). and that's all I needed to take control when I was pregnant. my sons (twins) came out perfect! there was no problem with them at all. the only thing that could happen is a big baby, but your doctor will monitor you closely and is very unlikely to happen if you just do what is necessary. do not worry, stress is not good for you now try to stay calm. after pregnancy will be re-tested, the diabetes usually disappears soon after. is good and all I do well:)
