Diabetes mellitus blood 3 hours after dinner close to bedtime?

Hi, I bought a test kit of glucose after that I had to attribute symptoms of diabetes, Im 23 also about 40 kilos overweight and diabetes runs in families. I tried it myself after 3 hours dinner. I had 3 healthy meals a day for a beer with dinner. My blood sugar reading of 121 mg. I control my sister, who had eaten at the same time and their Mg level was 92. It's my concerns. Im going to get checked by the doctor quickly and save my level yet. Thank you.
