Quick Weight loss.....?
Here is the story I had a medical conditions that kept me from working out for the past 8 months. I have also gained about 25-30 pounds over the course of the past eight months. Now that its time for me to get back to "life" none of my work clothes fit me,none of my party clothes fit me, ughh none of my work-out clothes fit me. It makes me feel so sick when i lean over and i can feel my belly flap over my clothes. I dont know how many sizes ive went up but i want to lose it all, as quickly possible. at least 10 to start. I will admit i never had a "food" diet before i used to be very active/workout ate whatever i liked and i never had any weight isssues. Now i am still under some restrictions, as far as lifting wieghts but i need to know of any {food diets} thats real and works quickly at least in two weeks. Any diet pills that work too. any stories of how anyone lost alot of weight quickly would help too.
Stop eating starchy carbs like bread and pasta and up your protein intake because it builds muscle. I've lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks on the fat flush diet. No other diet has done that for me before where I don't have to starve.

how to jump-start weight loss?
I'm getting married on July 12th, which is roughly about 2 months away.
I'm not a moron, I know I HAVE to exercise, I know I can't starve myself, etc. I also know that in order to keep the weight off I have to maintain a healthy lifestyle. All of this, I am aware.
I am just curious to know if there is anything I can do to sort of jump-start my weight loss within these two months? Nothing insanely unhealthy of course.
I lead a relatively busy life at the moment, with planning the wedding, lots of family things, and a job that requires me to leave the house at 6am for a 1 hour commute, and generally I don't get home until 4 or 5pm. So I don't have a huge amount of time for anything fancy exercise wise.
The areas I'm most concerned about is my butt and thighs. I have A LOT to lose, so I hear I'll lose faster than someone of average weight.
Anyways, any easy/relatively quick workouts? I can do at home. Thanks.
