Well, my clothes for school are a little tight "/ So I was wondering, if I eat about 1250 calories a day, and exercise for about 4 hours a day, could I lose weight quick? And drink 9 cups of water a day, and about 2 cups of green tea a day. Also, I will eat 5 small meals a day, 250 calories a meal.

yeah, i say just eat better.... but 4 hours of exercise seems like a little much, i think if u just eat better and SOME exercise you will see results pretty quickly.... definately before you start school
