i need a diet with quick weight loss?

im 5`9 and i weigh 149 pounds. i know its kinda healthy for my height but im not happy with how i look so i looked up some ways to lose weight and i jog around my school track for about an hour then i do 20 push ups and 70 sit ups. i try not to eat alot but i do eat a wheat mini-bagel and cream cheese in the
morning and pizza for lunch and a mostly veggie dinner. but the reason im doing this is for modeling. i live for the arts like acting and fashion and i dont think i can be a model wearing a size 7 in juniors so someone please help me to inprove my diet!!

Okay, so here's what you do. Nix the bagela and cream cheese in the morning. Regardless of whether or not that bagel's whole wheat, it's a mini-bagel. Come on, you can do better than that! Try eggs (egg whites if you're concerned about cholesterol) in the morning, scrambled or over-easy or hard-boiled or whatever. Whole-wheat toast is also a good idea for breakfast, as is whole-grain cereal (Cheerios, Fiber One, etc.). If you haven't already done this once or twice in your lifetime, try eating lean meat for breakfast, like maybe a turkey sandwich. It's fun, and it's good.

For lunch, once again, you're making an unhealthy choice. Try large salads with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and lean meats such as chicken or turkey. Make sure you're eating enough calories. We eat to live, remember. Your body would burn about 1300-1400 calories just lying in bed staring at the ceiling (and not blinking, which burns calories). Add the rest of what you did during the day that isn't exercising (walking, talking, scratching your chin, typing, rubbing your head when you smacked it on the door), and you've probably got around 1600 calories burned. Add your exercise to that, and you probably need around 1800-2000 calories a day.
