How much will I lose liquid fasting for 3 weeks (21 days)?
I am at a normal weight right now. BEFORE you answer, please do not lecture me on what is healthy and what isn't. I know all this, I know a lot about nutrition and health. I just have been eating very unhealthily this entire year at college and although my weight has remained stable I want to cleanse. So if you are going to tell me the weight is going to come right back then don't bother, I know. I only have three weeks before I start a job where I will need energy and will have to give up the fast. Basically i'm asking how much do you think I will lose drinking only water, pure fruit juices and broths. I don't want to lose more than 15 pounds but don't own a scale.
Anyone tried this before? What is the average per week weight loss on a fast?
