Should I get the 88 Coastal Scents Warm Palette or the 28 Neutral Palette?

The warm palette is better 
It gives you a lot more color and shade varities than the neutral palette. You also get shimmer, satin, and matte shades whereas with the neutral palette, most of the shadows are matte. So I guess that also depends on what you like more.
