Pigment Eye Shadow Cosmetics
What good quality makeup brand do you recommend?
I want to buy eye shadows of really nice bright and neutral colors. I don't usually use eye shadow but I want to start learning and using it. I was thinking about mac since I hear girls use that most of the time. But it is waaay too expensive for me. I usually buy drug store shadows but they aren't very pigmented and I end up not using them. I'm looking at BH Cosmetics. I saw a review online and i heard good things about it. Plus its A LOT cheaper.

what about coastal scents? i heard good things about it too. but im not sure cuz the website doesn't seam all that professional. this is the link to the palette i am looking at.

I've never used BH cosmetics, so I don't want to make any comments on that.
But, yes, MAC has great makeup, and I love Urban Decay for the punk-rocker-chick look!
And if you want mascara, all of Dior's mascaras are fantastic.
Just check out makeup stores, like Sephora- they'll really help you out.
