What do these symptoms mean for a female age 14?

* Nausea (without vomiting) * * Serving abdominal swelling night after meals * Be extremely hot and unstable * Fatigue (even if I do a lot of sleep) * No wait a year (she had Regualr by 2 years) * More than 20 pounds of weight loss in recent months (5'8 "and 98 lbs) These symptoms have been used for years off and on, but none has gained intensity in recent weeks to the point where I can not stand it. diabetes, hyperthyroidism, appendicitis, stomach flu, food allergies, celiac disease, anemia, eating disorders, pregnancy and stress and anxiety as the cause has been eliminated. I already have acid reflex. I'm going to see a gastroenterologist as soon as I get an appointment, but some idea of what might be or how to deal with the symptoms is appreciated! Thank you!

I would definitely see a doctor and a pediatrician if nothing works, I would go to the emergency room just to be sure that you never know.
