Does anyone know of a good online-weight-loss support group??
I really need help to jumpstart my diet/exercise routine...but I just can't get motivated! Before I'd see the wight I was putting on & be disgusted & get off my butt & work out..now I just get depressed. It sux & I'd really like to find a group to help. Thanks!

The main thing about weight loss is all about establishing a pattern and sticking to it. Eating 5-7 small meals a day and exercising for 1hr a day at least 5 to 6 days a week. Eating small meals keeps your metabolism exercising throughout the day. Some small meals you can get are Trim Meal replacement bars. Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of fruits and veggies. online weight loss support?
i want to lose weight. usually when i have dieted in the past my experience with it has been frustrating, aggrivating, unfullfilling. So most of the times when i've actually lost weight it was just because of some change in my life that caused it or lead me to be really busy and forget about food or limit my intake of food.
i don't like superficiality. i hate hearing about how people want to be hot. mainly i want to hear about the health benefits of losing weight and not the social or egotistical benefits.
but thats pretty obvious. is there any kind of motivational support or group that can help with this dilemma. i want to have a positive experience with diet and excercise.
if anyone can recomend any books or online support for this that would be really good for me.
There are tons of really great tools on a website called Beachbody. You can join for free, which gives you access to tools, newsletters, message boards, and even a personal fitness coach to help you every step of the way. It's fantastic.
