online diabetes test

The symptoms of diabetes, etc. ..?
I am 17 and have a family history of diabetes. I have two aunts, an uncle, a cousin with diabetes type 1. I have two cousins with a blood sugar, diabetes Boarderlines. Growing up, my parents always told me to watch what I eat because its in my genes. Anyway, I went to a blood test a year ago because I was always tired and cranky. My doctor told me that my level of blood sugar was too high and that was fine, but I just must keep a healthy diet. I had to return for another blood test to check up 6 months ago but I lost my appointment and was too busy with the school to reschedule (bad I know). Yesterday, I was very cranky and tired (as usual) and decided to go online and research the symptoms of diabetes. It turns out that I knew almost all symptoms (except constant urination) for a very long time. I also had tingling in arms and feet and eyes / blurred vision. I'm scared! Is there something else may or may not sound like diabetes?
The best way to prevent diabetes is to make some changes in lifestyle: Maintain a healthy weight. Overweight increases the risk of diabetes. Calculate your body mass index (BMI) to see if you are at a healthy weight. If you are overweight, start making small changes in your diet with whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Start exercising more, even if you take a short walk is all you can do right now. If you do not know Where to begin, talk to your doctor. Eat healthy. o Eat plenty of whole grains (like wheat or rye bread, whole grain or brown rice), fruits and vegetables. or Select foods low in fat and cholesterol. Read labels. If you consume 2,000 calories a day you should eat more than 56 grams of fat per day. Or Limit salt intake to less 2,300 mg (approximately 1 teaspoon of salt) per day. o If you drink alcohol, limit it to no more than one glass (12-oz beer, one 5 ounces of wine or a shot of 1.5 ounces of liquor) per day. Moving. Try to exercise at least 30 minutes most days of the week. Some suggestions: o Take the stairs instead of elevators. Or take a brisk walk during your lunch break. O Park, parking lot and walk final. or get off the bus or subway a few stops early and walk the remaining distance. Walking or bicycling, or as soon as you can.
