I woke up this morning and ate then checked my numbers an hour later, as I usually do. they were 132 they said they DONT want me over 130 IM and usually right around 115-120 After the meal, after dinner, I've checked again and they were still pretty high for my 127 I just ate a granola bar has only 24 carbs and IM, which allows 30 for snacks and now an hour later, my numbers are at 132? Should I be concerned or should I call my midwife? I was told anything under 130 is in good health but my numbers are higher than normal and some boundary line or above the cap of 130 ...

For now, your numbers are good. Just keep track of them you've been invited and monitor your diet. If you have one that is more than 150 an hour, you should contact your midwife, if not, wait until your next appointment and discuss your concerns and ask lots of questions.
