Ionic Black Straightening
Severe hair breakage, help! what product/staightener can i use to stop it?
I'm mixed race (white and black) my hair has always been slightly afro or curly, so I started using these ionic straighteners, the heat goes up to 200 and I used heat defence too. It basically made my hair really shiny and not frizzy at all. It then started breaking off to the point of my losing about 10 inches (my hair was super long) of my hair 
It's started growing again because I stopped using the straighteners. I want to get some extentions and start straightening my hair again...
what hair product can I use to stop the breakage, and what straightener should i get???
You should get a ceramic straightener. Along with that some heat protectant. The same problem happened with my cousin, but shes not mixed, she's black. So alls what I can say is get a ceramic and be careful!
