Can not keep 3 test glucose drink per hour. What to do?

I barely failed the glucose test for 1 hour at 20 weeks and took 3 hours glucose tolerance test and passed it. It was a really bad experience for me as I was so sick at heart while time and almost vomited several times. My doctor wants me to resume the now 28 weeks (I had a small amount of glucose in my urine after I drank juice before my appointment). I tried twice and ended up throwing a drink before the first hour ended. I did some testing and mapping my blood sugar levels and they are good, but my doctor insists that I must take the test. How many times should I try when the drink was obviously not agree with me? Is there any reason I should have an official diagnosis of gestational diabetes, and is home to follow strict enough to ensure that my Baby and I are in good health? I asked my doctor, but of course she said that the test is the only possible choice.
