How do I handle a case of burning up an old lady 65 years?

I am an MBBS doctor from your grandmother is 65 bangladesh.My yrs old. She lives in the village and must work on the water most of the time. Recently, she claims to have the sensation of burning fever. Examination of her foot, I foud that its sole is cracked and the skin is abraded at different locations of the sole due to direct contact with water. there is no discoloration, no pain, no odor, no itching. Her bladder and bowel is not normal.She no history of diabetes and hypertension. Can u please suggest me what kind of treatment I can give it in this situation?
