Full Color Eyeshadow Shadow
CREAM EYESHADOW FROM VS FADES IN HOURS!!! ;( PLEASE HELP!!!?
Okay, here's my story, I went shopping and just so happened to stop at Victoria's Secret because I had heard about their makeup and that it worked well. So I bought a Cream Shadow (Miami Ice) which is a white color in a tube with a long applying stick and a Luminous Cream Shadow in What a Blush (tube liquid shadow) I made my purchases of a hefty $14 and left. My usual eyeshadow routine is very tiring and takes a long time. I have to apply lotion and then rub it in then apply my powder shadow. This SEEMED to work great and lasted a full day but when I tried the same technique with the Victoria's Secret tube What a Blush Luminous Cream Shadow it looks all caked on and it doesn't last but an hour! For $7 I am not pleased, when I should be and spent all that money!!!

You should use Shadesticks, Paint Pots, or Paint from MAC Cosmetics. These will run you about 15 dollars each, but you will not have to reapply all day.
If you like something easy, I recommend the Shadesticks. These are creamy but they dry to be waterproof. They are like a big chubby roll-up pen that you just draw over your eyelid and you can blend with your finger.
The paint pots are also a good base and you can use your finger or a brush to apply.
Paint is the all-around best seller from MAC. You apply very little and it will go a long way, dry to be waterproof, and you can put eyeshadow over it to make it last longer. Also comes in a variety of natural colors, with shimmer or no shimmer, and good for all ages and skin types.
Your problem is that the stuff you bought is probably oil based, and oil does not dry, causing it to sit on the skin all day instead of dry and set.
Creamy glossy eyelids are very hot for runway, but they will not last you a day in the real world.
