Im 5'5'' and weight 245!?
The last time I checked I weighed 245 and im only 5'5''. Im 20 yrs old and I really am only supposed to weigh 120. Everyone in my family is obese. I cant stand it. I work a job that keeps me on my toes and I don't really eat much. But I don't lose any weight. I really want to be healthy and weigh 120. I did have my son a little less than a year ago and I gained some weight there too. Ive contemplated surgery but think its extreme. Does anyone have any tips for some fast weight loss??? Its hard for me because I rarely have time to do anything between work and my kiddo. Thanks. <3
G.G and lala gave you great advice, but adding to G.G.'s list i suggest not drinking fruit juice at all. It has more sugar than anything, at least if you eat the fruit you get fiber from it. We cannot really process fiber, hence the reason why we feel full longer. On top, fiber attaches itself to cholesterol so when you have a bowel movement all that flushes out. Also when you eat fruit make sure you "walk it off" 15-30 minutes later. Otherwise that sugar will be stored as fat. As far as working out, I suggest you start with cardio ONLY AT FIRST, like walking 10 minutes at first, then 20 and so on until you can reach an hour. Then maybe add hip hop abs (worked for me) or zumba + walking 10 min as a warm up on top of walking later on in the day. After a 20lb weight loss i suggest you add strength training (weights). It wont make you bulky IF you dont over do it (i recommend Core Secrets). Also watch the oils you buy: basically you can use any oil but if it in the ingredients it says partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated... dont buy it. These contain trans fat that are harmful to your body and increase your chances of heart problems overtime. It has been proven that olive oil, and flaxseed oil are one of the most beneficial oils. Other GOOD fatty foods you can enjoy are avocados, nuts: walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, catfish, salmon, olives and dark chocolate! (just a little though) I also highly recommend you buy a food scale. Target carries The chefmate brand, it's a bit expensive but well worth it cuz it tells you the nutrional facts of almost every food (veggies, fruits, meat, even jam and alcohol). I highly recommend you read kevin trudeaus "natural cures they dont want you to know about" and the flat belly diet by liz viccariello. As a general guideline for an INITIAL diet you can follow these numbers, im sure your appetite will be satisfied AT LEAST after losing 20lbs: Eat 5 meals a day

This is what my nutritionist had me do and confessed later on that's the general weight loss plan she uses for females when they start the program. When the patient reports hunger and is not losing weight anymore, THEN she customizes the meals. I suggest you consult a nutrionist when this happens to you.
