Attention dog owners ....?

This is not an issue but I thought Id post some information for you. My 12 yr old dog was just diagnosed with diabetes ... I discovered that you should have testing every year from age 5 years and more. It is not uncommon that they will. If I knew, I had her years ago tested (I got it for 3 years). It is now completely blind (this happened in just a few days) .. I do not want others to have to live it. I also found food moist Semi / Treats (Begin strips, etc..) are terrible for dogs. They are full of sugar. Stick with Milkbone. Now she must get insulin every day and we About the Veterinary 2-3 days a week. (Having trouble stablizing its sugar. You may already know this stuff, but I figure if I save a dog of getting diabetes or get early treatment I helped. Sorry for not posting a question. Somethings to look are: increased consumption of water Peeing more than usual, Losing weight with appetite increased sleeping most often
