Different types of diabetes?
I wondered, what is the difference between different types of diabetes?
In both types of diabetes, signs and symptoms are more likely to be similar to the blood sugar is high, either for less or no insulin production or insulin resistance. In any case, if there is enough glucose into cells, is identifiable through certain signs and symptoms. These symptoms are quickly relieved once the diabetes is treated and also reduce the chances of developing serious health problems. Type 1 Diabetes: In type 1, the pancreas stops producing insulin because the answer autuimmune or virus, possibly the pancreas. Without insulin, the body's cells do not receive the necessary glucose to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate) units which results in higher symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. In the post, which ketoacidosis, the body begins the breakdown of muscle tissue and fat for energy, what causes rapid weight loss. Dehydration is also usually observed due to electrolyte disturbance. In advanced stages, coma and death is the witness. Type 2 diabetes: fatigue: Due to inefficiency of cell to metabolise glucose, reserve fat of body is metabolized for energy. When fat in the body decomposes, it uses more energy compared to glucose, therefore, the body goes into negative calorie effect, which causes the fatigue. Polydipsia: As the concentration of glucose in the blood, the brain receives the signal to dilute and neutralize feel thirsty. Polyuria: Increased production of urine is due to excess glucose in the body. Body gets rid of excess sugar in the blood for excretion through the urine. This leads to dehydration, as like sugar, a large amount of water leaves your body. Polyphegia: insulin, the hormone is also responsible for stimulating hunger. To cope with high levels blood sugar, the body produces insulin, which leads hunger has increased. Flactuation Weight: Factors such as water loss (polyuria), glucosuria, metabolism body fat and protein in May lead to weight loss. Few cases may show weight gain due to increased appetite. Blurred vision: The syndrome nonketotic hyperosmolar hyperglycemia is condition when body fluid is extracted from tissues including the lens of the eye that affects your ability to concentrate, as blurred vision. Irritability: It is a sign of sugar in the blood due to an inefficient supply of glucose to the brain and other organs, makes us feel tired and restless. Infections: The body gives some clues when there are fluctuations in blood glucose (due to the suppression of the immune system) by frequent skin infections, such as fungi or bacteria or UTI (urinary tract infection). Poor wound healing: High blood sugar resists the prosperity of leukocytes (white cells) who are responsible for the body's immune system. When these cells are not working therefore wound healing is not the right pace. Second, the long-term standing diabetes leads to thickening of blood vessels that affect a good blood flow in different parts of the body.
