How does a doctor of the difference between diabetes type 1 and type 2 ...?

Also, blood sugar fasting test accurate diagnosis because I heard people with type 1 diabetes can have normal levels of blood sugar with fasting but not after eating ... Is true? I know type 1 is not insulin in type 2 and insulin is low, but how a doctor? Have blood sugar in the blood than type 1, then in type 2? Is there a blood test to determine this?

the only real way a doctor can make a difference is if he runs a blood test to see if there are antibodies present. If antibodies are then you have diabetes type 1, because it means that your immune system is killing your cells producing insulin with the antibody. The type 2 diabetes are not anti-body which means that they continue to produce insulin. OH and a person can have normal fasting glucose if that person had insulin with him (as if a Type 1 diabetes and still acting insulin in him since the day before).
