What kind of yogurt is the best to eat?

What type of yogurt is the best to eat a diet during gestational diabetes? Before I been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, I eat Yoplait yogurt whips of light. Thank you for your responses. I did not Yoplait Whips was bad to eat during pregnancy. I tried organic yogurt and do not like it. But thank you thank you for your responses.

Do not listen to the person who says he is mad. Yoplait lights are perfect for diabetics. Here's the thing: they are not bound SPLENDA with any kind of birth defect or a problem with the baby (or you for that matter). But sugar is certainly a problem for a diabetic. Eat "natural" sweetener like honey or sugar could have disastrous results - to put the weight on the baby is only one complications you might face. Another complication is where the placenta deteriorates and it becomes an emergency situation for both you and the baby. Diabetes is a well documented problem which is known by the medical community and easy to handle. Scare tactics about sweeteners artificial Wackos are powered by the Internet, and unsupported by scientific research. Keep what the medical community tells you - that your blood glucose priority. Eating yogurt with artificial sweetener is definitely healthy for a diabetic. Sorry for shouting but people like that piss answerer first comes off of me. It is easy to talk to your a $ $ if it does not concern you personally, but you have a serious disease that can threaten the life of your baby. It's irresponsible for someone like this to give you advice that could harm your baby. Organic does not mean squat, sugar content means everything.
