Heart burns like symptoms, dizzyness, blurred vision that comes and goes?

For the last month and a half, I had back pain (upper and bottom and a bit in the neck), numbness in my arms and legs and sometimes stomach growls and dizzyness. I had several tests on my heart, including CT and MRI done on my neck and spine that all fine revenue. I also have a normal blood pressure and cholesterol absence of diabetes. What, other than my heart, could it possibly be. My whole body feels really heavy as well.
