BLD TSH What does it mean when it comes to diabetes?

My son just spent 3 months for consideration by its diabetes 1. The doctor does not say much about what blood tests he did, but when I got the results sent to me, I surprised. It said something unusual for the label of TSH BLD. He said that its value is 0.278. He is 7 years, and originally was only for people with diabetes about a year. What BLD TSH, and what is a normal number for a child 7 years?

The "TSH" refers to the thyroid stimulating hormone which is a hormone produced in the hypothalamus gland that acts on thyroid in the neck to make T3 and T4 are thyroid hormones. The normal level is 0.5 to 5.0 mIU / L. Below is an article implies that the level has changed from 0.3 to 3.04 mIU / L. Whatever the level is abnormally low TSH level, which means it can hypothyoroidism or hypopituitarism. To be safe, they actually have their levels thyroglobulin T4 control land ...
