diabetes stomach issues

Incredibly sick after gestational diabetes test. Is this normal?
I started the test two hours. I immediately felt hot and sick to my stomach attributed to the test. I had my blood drawn around 3:10 and at that time, I inconsistent. The lab technician had to ask three times if it matters which arm before I could understand. I got up to leave and have been problems vision. I could not walk straight and I felt like the ground is shifting. It is now nearly five hours, and symptoms have not disappeared. I have some something in my stomach after the test and drank lots of water as I'm incredibly thirsty. I am nausea, dizziness, still having problems vision, and I feel "slow." I feel very "high" I wonder if this is normal or if I am having a diabetic reaction. I 29 weeks pregnant and I wonder if I need to go to hospital or call my doctor. Any advice?
I had the test today also. My doc said because I have not done until the afternoon to make sure I eat something a few hours before so I would not go in a "state of sugar shock." Sounds like your body went haywire glucose ingestion. I have a bad headache now to descend, but other than I was okay.
