diabetes readings normal

I need to know how it affects my heart murmur type 2 diabetes sugar level in blood when I'm stressed.?

I control my level of blood sugar regularly during the day, fasting, before and after meals and at bedtime. The normal days of my readings are normal, but when I am stressed emotionally or physically, I see much higher levels of blood sugar normal. Exercise regularly and watch my diet, I'm wearing a diary of what I eat, my reading and how I went. I see a pattern of increased blood levels of sugar, the opportunity, I feel extreme stress and I am aware that at that moment my heart is responding to the "fight or flight" variety of symptoms. I would like some help and understanding with this and what kind of things I can do to help myself. Thank you,
