diabetes pump

Does anyone have the pump for diabetes?
If you tell me if it hurt or things that are best and the worst of it!?
I used pump since December 1998, my dear. The pumps are manufactured by a variety of Diabetes different companies offer, so there are slight differences between models, but all work on similar principles ... basal amount of insulin is injected continuously, 24 hours a day. It would be very small amounts, and may be amended to change the program of your pump. (This is essentially what the long-acting insulins do but with long acting insulin you inject all in one or two doses.) would, together with a bolus dose of insulin to cover the amount of carbohydrates you eat at each meal. Pumps work by using only fast-acting insulin. By It is therefore important that more frequent blood tests take place. (I'm sure you understand is an increased risk of low blood sugar if your count carbohydrate goes wrong. There is also the danger of blood glucose is high if a crash occurred, or the tube ... the piece that goes in the fatty tissues ... disconnects.) Although seems to be biting itself more often, you need to consider is that it's like having an injection every 3 or 4 days. This is the frequency with which the change of the cannula, reservoir ... piece that fits into your pump ... and the connection pipe. These 3 elements are counted together and have requested a change of the whole. (It is, of course, pump, called omnipod ... the type of bomb used by the Jonas Brothers ... that fits directly on the site of insertion, there is a "change together" as such.) Some pumps are waterproof and can be worn in the shower / bath, etc (not mine, but a quick opening device so you can remove the pump for these activities.) You may think that would be uncomfortable having to use a pump 24 hours a day, every day, but to be honest, I feel a little naked without mine. There are several bags, belts, straps, etc. can be about different body parts so you can keep it hidden if desired. (I use a belt clip, and just look at the size mine my pants [trousers].) You may wonder what to do with the pump when you go to bed, but never had a problem with it. The pump can be fixed for all what you wear sleepwear, placed under your pillow, in the belt ... or around your waist, arm or leg ... or you could do what I and only stop the bomb "float" around the bed. Rarely have I yet had no problem with the pump disconnected. (I say, because it rarely has happened several times. However, it is because I have neuropathy, a complication of diabetes. One of the effects for this is that you lose control of temperature regulation, and I have episodes profuse sweating. This, unfortunately, makes the tape around the tube, more likely to break.) Do I prefer the pump to multiple injections daily? You bet I do. My control has improved immeasurably. (Before having a bomb, which used to be admitted to hospital for treatment, countless times. It was so bad I used to spend more time in the hospital was home.) The only way they get the bomb to me is in the recovery of the [awards], about Death and dying my hands. (Do not be surprised if you hear conflicting reports of what I said, but my personal experience.) If there is anything I missed any, let me know, please please email me.
